1	Sign Up Online

2weeks~1month to process.
(Depends on products to be screened)

Signing up online

I-order will sign up with Rakuten on your behalf.

Screening

All merchants must take and pass Rakuten' screening prior to shop opening.
Documents necessary to screening will depend on each merchant.

Submit final documents by mail

Once the merchant has passed the screening, they will read over the terms of agreement and send necessary documents required by Rakuten by mail .

2	Account Open (Contract Start Date)

On the day the Account opens, the log-in information needed to access RMS will be mailed to i-order.
i-order can start using RMS and begin page designing based on merchant`s need from this day.

3	Prepare For Grand Opening

2weeks~1month to prepare.
(Depends on PC skills and number of products to be listed)

Page creation for shop opening

We will assist merchants on page creation for shop opening.

Shop opening screening

Once the pages are set and ready to open, the pages must undergo a shop opening screening. We will send a request for screening from RMS at least 3 days before the shop opening date of choice. Once the screening is complete, we will take care of the opening procedures with Rakuten.
